　　1.与客户沟通,了解客户的要求：
　　品名，件数，毛重、箱规尺寸，始发港，目的港，收发货人名称、地址、电话、运费支付方式（预付/到付、DDU、DDP、EXWORK）及出货时间。
　　2.对应客户要求，提供质优价廉的运价对比：
　　根据不同航空公司特点、直达/中转航班要求、头程和二程飞机载货形式和尺寸要求，提供给客户不同选择。
　　二.订舱及确定舱位，发进仓通知给客户
　　1.与客户确定运输价格以及服务条件。
　　2.航空公司订舱，并在WEL系统标明所配航班及特殊要求，送货方式和到货时间。
　　3.提供进仓图，注明要点：进仓编号、到货时间、送货地点、寄单证地址，进仓要求、仓库联系人及联系方式。
