特殊证明/通关资料发件公司如能提供由政府部门签发的有效文件，如：配额证、许可证、原产地证、商检证、熏蒸证明、FDA证、MSDS证等，应将这些文件随同运单和发票附在货物上；
准寄范围航空禁运的危险物品、液体、粉末等。国家明令禁止出口货物，如古董，货币等侵权产品。
