For ocean freight import into China, Harmony as the agent at destination provides the clients with a full chain of services including origin consolidation, booking, formalities management, destination handling, warehousing and delivery.
In addition, Harmony has been developing an extensive agent network to ensure reliable full services from door to door all over the world.
Our ocean freight departments are providing services include:
- LCL
- 20/40/45 GP (General Purpose) and HC (High Cube)
- Break-bulk
- Multimodal transportation involving ocean segment1. 审核客户订舱要求，确认舱位；
2. 与拼箱接单、指定货客服确认单货等信息及要求；
3. 合理配柜，发出提箱、装箱指令；
4. 与相关部门协调并跟踪报关报检、AMS/ENS舱单发送、箱子上船及提单签发等；
5. 与海外联络专员沟通，答复拼箱接单询问有关目的港事宜；
6. 费用输入确认等。
7. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.专科或以上学历，物流/贸易相关专业（货代、航运、物流等相关专业优先）;
2.有自拼箱操作经验1年以上;
3.具备出口、仓储、配送、报关、供应链管理等基础知识；
4.有较强的沟通协调能力，踏实，责任感强.
